Our client, a Leading Biotech, is seeking a Global Head of Commercial and Healthcare Compliance to join their growing team.

Global Head of Commercial and Healthcare Compliance

Your main responsibilities:

Take global responsibility for Commercial and Healthcare Compliance Program
Ensure product launch-readiness from a Compliance perspective on all relevant markets
Lead the Commercial and Healthcare Compliance team
Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders and partners such as the legal, medical & clinical as well as commercial business functions
Create and/or revise policies, training materials, processes
Promote Compliance and Ethics throughout the organization
Report to the Global Head of Compliance & Business Ethics
Represent Compliance & Business Ethics on relevant committees and vis à vis external collaborating organizations

Your profile:

+ 15 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical sector, including assisting a product launch
Academic degree (minimum Bachelor of Science/Arts)
In-depth knowledge and practical experience in Compliance requirements resulting from laws (UK Bribery Act, FCPA, False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Act, etc.) and industry standards (EFPIA, FSA, PhRMA)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exercise excellent judgment in handling confidential and sensitive matters
Strong and value driven leadership and team skills
Trustworthy and diplomatic appearance
Excellent knowledge of English and German (and preferably another language)
Willingness to travel
