Spencer founded MBK Search in 2015 after organizations continually asked him to oversee their hiring departments. He is an expert in Enterprise Risk Management and Security and has extensive industry experience in risk, compliance, audit, and fin/ops. He was formerly Head of Operational Risk Management at Bridgewater Associates, Head of Risk - Americas at ICAP, Plc, and Venture Capital Investor at WFD Ventures, LLC. He attended Harvard University.

Jennifer is a seasoned professional, with many years experience in managing financial operations. She has worked with companies globally throughout her career; creating strong relationships. She manages all functions of finance for MBK, and has a demonstrated history of strong analytic, risk management and leadership skills.

Vanessa is an experienced Human Resources business partner with over a decade’s involvement in strategic and collaborative leadership, formerly working at one of the largest global Consumer Goods companies. She holds extensive expertise in Recruitment and Integration, Talent Development and Succession Planning, Performance Management, Learning, and Organizational Change. Always maintaining a high level of proximity to the business and its people, Vanessa oversees all Human Resources functions for the Global MBK Search team.

Michael has more than 12 years of experience in the marketing and news media industries, both in the UK and Australasia. An award-winning marketer and journalist, Michael leads MBK’s Marketing team, growing the company’s global brand.

Global Head of Client Delivery
Rich is the Global Head of Client Delivery for MBK Search. He oversees all functions from Recruiter onboarding, and recruiting operations, to Audit, Compliance, and Risk Recruiting Associates. He has a Bachelors of Science from the University of Connecticut and has multiple years of experience in people management roles as well as recruiting for MBK Search dating back to 2019.
