Our Client’s Operational Risk team is currently hiring a Senior Manager of Learning. As the Senior Manager of Learning you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization’s growth and success by ensuring all practitioners have the appropriate level of operational risk management capabilities and skills.

What you will do
Design and facilitate annual operational risk capability assessment process to meet regulatory commitments (i.e., Heightened Standards)
Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs, and design and deliver learning programs and measure their effectiveness
Work closely with OUR CLIENT HR learning and development team to ensure learning activities in Operational Risk are complementary
Create engaging and innovative Operational Risk learning content and facilitate sessions to support ongoing uplift of Operational Risk capabilities across all sixteen non-financial risk categories in the FLU and 2LOD teams
Oversee the delivery and administration of learning programs, ensuring high-quality execution and effective knowledge transfer
Collaborate with external vendors as needed to deliver specialized training programs
Facilitate and track attendance for Operational Risk regular onboarding learning
Oversee the design, development, and delivery of learning programs
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant, engaging, and interactive training materials, including but not limited to e-learning modules, working sessions, events, and job aids
Develop metrics and reporting mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of learning and communication initiatives
Use data-driven insights to continuously improve programs and strategies
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team
Must-Have*
Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline or an equivalent amount of professional experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in learning and development
Skills and Knowledge
Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering learning programs, utilizing various methodologies and technologies
Proficiency in learning management systems, e-learning authoring tools, and other learning technologies
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to quickly build credibility and influence senior stakeholders
Thrive in a fast-moving environment, with high tolerance for change and ability to adapt
Previous experience working in Financial Services, specifically Risk Management preferred
