Private Equity Senior Associate
Our client, a Dallas-Fort Worth based multi-billion-dollar investment firm, is interested in immediately hiring a top private equity or consulting professional to join its Private Equity ownership team as a Senior Associate to assist with strategic and financial evaluations and management of its portfolio companies. You will work directly with the partner in charge of Private Equity who is currently the Chairman and CEO of one of their international PE holdings.
Position Description:
Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to private equity owners and senior management
Produce reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance analysis
Assist in identifying opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
Assist in analyzing M&A opportunities and evaluate new lines of business
Develop models that help with decision-making
Compensation for the right candidate can be up to 10% over current
Report directly to the Chairman of the Board and CEO, who is also a partner
Requirements:
5-7+ years’ experience with a top I-banking, PE, Hedge Fund, Fortune 500 or Consulting Firm (McKinsey, Bain or BCG)
Highly proficient Excel modeling capabilities
Excellent academic credentials
Must be able to commit to the position for at least two years
